Sam Iskander
Principal

Sam is the Principal and has a keen interest in commercial and civil litigation matters. Sam has several years experience in the areas of technology and law and relishes the opportunity when he combines the two disciplines in areas such as intellectual property law and contracts.

Sam's qualifications include:

  • Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics) - La Trobe University;
  • Bachelor of Laws - Queensland University of Technology;
  • Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice - Queensland University of Technology;
  • Master of Laws - Queensland University of Technology; and
  • Practice Management Course - Queensland Law Society

Sam is admitted to practice as a legal practitioner of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia.

Sam's goal is to ensure that our firm offers a premium legal service to its most important people – you.

Louise Briggs
Solicitor

Louise has interests in the areas of criminal, family, domestic violence and child protection matters. Louise is very compassionate with her clients but is also robust and forthright when she is defending her client's rights.

Louise's qualifications include:

  • Bachelor of Criminal Justice - Southern Cross University;
  • Bachelor of Laws - University of New England; and
  • Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice - University of Technology, Sydney

Louise is admitted to practice as a legal practitioner of the Supreme Courts of Queensland, New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.

Amanda Jensen 
Conveyance Officer

Amanda has been with our firm for many years and is experienced in many areas of conveyancing such as personal and commerical conveyancing.

Amanda is proficient in her office and administrative processes. With her bright and bubbly personality, Amanda is more than happy to assist you with your conveyancing needs.

Natasha Papazian
Law Clerk / Administration Manager

Natasha is our law clerk and administration manager. With a Bachelor of Justice majoring in Criminology with the Queensland University of Technology, Natasha is interested in criminal research. She is currently undertaking her Honours in Justice at the Queensland Universtiy of Technology and assists Solicitor Louise Briggs with her family law cases. Natasha's qualifications include: 
  • Bachelor of Justice (Criminolgy)
  • Justice of the Peace (Qualified)

With her no non-sense approach to her work, Natasha is more than happy to assist you with any queries or questions you may have.

Liarna Jefkins
Law Clerk

Liarna is in her fifth and final year of completing a dual degree of Law and Justice with the Queensland University of Technology. Upon completion of her degree and her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice in 2011, Liarna will be a qualified Solicitor in Queensland.

Liarna has a keen interest in Criminal Law and assists Sam with many of his matters.

Emma-Leigh Peck
Law Clerk / Office Administrator

Emma-Leigh is our youngest Law Clerk and Office Administrator. She is currently undertaking a tranieeship in Legal Adminstration and completing her grade twelve studies. Upon completion of her studies and tranieeship, Emma-Leigh will begin her Bachelor of Laws and full time work with our firm.

Emma-Leigh is interested in many areas of Law such as Family, Criminal and Litigation.

Jack Bentley
Book Keeper / Accounts Manager

Jack is our newest member of the firm, and has already proven to be an asset. With many years experience in manging accounts for law firms, Jack is extremley proficient in his field of work.
